Cute Ballet Flat Women's Shoes For Men

What better shoe for a man who wants to feel light and feminine than a ballet slipper? Not an actual ballet slipper of course, that would be incredibly uncomfortable. No, I mean the women's fashion shoes known as 'ballet flats.'

Though ballet flats have seen a resurgence in recent times, they are hardly a new fashion item. Audry Hepburn was said to be partial to a nice pair of ballet flats and was there anyone more feminine than Audry Hepburn on the planet ever? I think not.

Ballet flats feature a very thin little heel or no heel at all, so they are perfect for men who want to wear a pretty women's shoe, but don't want to break an ankle doing it. Yes, high heels are gorgeous, but they're not all that suited for everyday wear unless you're a total fashion masochist. Ballet flats, on the other hand, can be worn for hours on end in total comfort.

London Sole makes such a wide range of pretty ballet flats, which makes them perfect for demonstrating the range of this classic women's shoe.

This is a ballet shoe which will definitely catch people's eye. I love the pink color and the almost quilted look these shoes have, not to mention the cute little black toe cap which provides an accent at the end of the shoe. Right off the mark we have a sweet pair of ballet flats which demonstrate that this style does not have to be plain or boring.

For those of you who enjoy a flashier look, these gold ballet flats would look great with a light evening dress. They have a glitz and a glamor to them, but I must admit that, to my mind at least, they sit on the side of trashy glamor. Not that there is anything wrong with that at all.
