Plain Lingerie For Plausible Deniablility

Updated on April 12, 2010

Many men who wear lingerie are fortunate enough to have found partners who care more about who they are than what they wear. However not all men who love feminine garments have been this fortunate and face extreme prejudice towards their love of lingerie from their usually female partners. Stuck between a rock and a hard place what is a guy to do?

No relationship is perfect, and it is certainly not my place to tell men to break up with any woman who does not accept the fact that they like to wear lingerie, no matter how much I might suggest it could be for the better for both parties. Men tend to fall in love quite deeply and oftentimes become devoted to women who may or may not return their devotion and love.

So, should you be trying to balance the love of a woman with the love of lingerie, here are some options that will allow you to wear lingerie without your significant other pitching a significant fit.

Panties For Men

Panties for men is a site that sells underwear made for men from pretty feminine materials. So technically, if you buy panties from here, you're actually wearing men's underwear and nobody can make petty accusations. They stock some panties specially designed to look like typical jockey underwear but instead of being made of rough cotton, they are made of silk with a silk lining. Heaven and genius all in one.

Boyshorts

Boyshorts have the word 'boy' right there in the name and when worn by men can look rather like traditional men's underwear, albeit with the bonus of being made in much more pleasing fabrics. (Interesting that once again, womenswear co-opts men's fashion without any murmur of dissent from men, yet if you are reading this article, you're likely to be a man made to feel ashamed about wearing women's clothing.) Boyshorts can be purchased anywhere womenswear is sold, which is pretty much everywhere except the gas station.

Opaque Stockings

This could be pushing it about, but runners quite often wear running tights, which look a fair bit like opaque stockings. When it comes to plausible deniability, the brighter the color, the better. Wear the stockings under shorts and with a pair of running shoes and dash up and down the block once or twice and not only will you get fitter, you will enjoy wearing stockings out and about in public without anyone having anything remotely negative to say, lest of all the lady in your life who will enjoy the results of your physical labor.
